I&M Bank case study

I&M Bank required a dependable way to modernise payment interoperability while maintaining continuity across established banking systems and evolving payment standards. The operating model needed to reduce transformation complexity, support regional payment activity and provide teams with stronger oversight of transaction processing.

What we built

DataLink operates as the Bank’s payment integration and orchestration layer. The platform automates conversion from MT to MX, applies governed validation and transformation rules, and coordinates the secure flow of payment information between authorised systems. Centralised monitoring, exception handling and audit trails give operational teams a consistent view of processing while allowing the Bank to evolve its payment capabilities without exposing unnecessary complexity to users.

The difference

Technology people can depend on.

The result is a clearer, faster and more reliable way of working.
