How Njema Labs implemented DataLink to integrate sample information, laboratory workflows, analytical activity and management reporting within one controlled operational environment.
With multiple regional laboratories processing more than 1,000 mineral samples each day, Njema Labs required an enterprise operating model capable of maintaining continuity and traceability across sample intake, laboratory processing, analytical activity and client reporting. Fragmented records, departmental workflows and disconnected laboratory machines limited end-to-end visibility, operational coordination and the consistent use of laboratory data.
What we built
DataLink was configured as the laboratory’s operational-data and workflow orchestration layer. The platform integrates laboratory machines with sample records, processing stages, responsible teams, analytical outputs and reporting events within a governed information model. This creates a continuous flow of trusted information from physical sample processing through analysis and client reporting, while giving management a consistent view of operational status and performance across regional laboratories.
